Real estate agents offer many benefits to investors, including quick access to property listings and connections to home inspectors, among other professionals – don’t count them out of your investing business.
However, real estate agents are not necessary for you to build your wealth empire through real estate investing. Carefully consider the pros and cons (profit sharing, etc.) before getting involved.
